Gift wrapping and packaging
All my items come with a gift wrap. If you wish to also add custom gift message just let me know!
How long does it take to receive my item?
All made to order items are now 3-4 weeks turnaround time until further notice.
All ready to ship items are send normal within 24h usually with 2-4 days of delivery worldwide if send with DHL.

Sizing details
Did you order the wrong size?
That's no problem, you can easily resize it at your local jeweler in most cases.
Can you set the stones or recycled metal I have?
Due to the liability involved I do not use customer supplied stones or metals in my jewelry.
Refunds and Exchanges
Ready To Ship, unworn, unaltered items can be returned or may be exchanged if the tag is originally attached to the item and item is in it's original condition. Please contact me within 24 hours of your receiving your parcel to discuss the return process. Item has to be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance costs.
Custom orders, made to order items, earrings, on "sale" items sales are final and not returnable unless an error was made on my behalf. If any work on my pieces is done by a third party (ie. sizing, setting or finishing) this guaranty is void.
